Boy by Roald Dahl

This book is an easy read that focuses on Roald Dahl's boyhood and his continued opposition to authority.  It is includes great background on why Roald Dahl included mean teachers and horrible headmasters in his stories.  There are insights into how he got his ideas for Charlie and The Chocolate Factory and some of his other famous books.  I really liked it!

  1. Roald Dahl is one of my favorite authors. He is certainly my daughters favorite author. And Patricia Neal was a great actress!
